Built a medical dashboard + data ingestion service (Withings REST API), designed MySQL storage, created REST APIs (NodeJS) and a multi-route Angular frontend; deployed on Ubuntu with NGINX reverse proxy.
Bioinformatics: pipelines (single-cell / population genetics / pan-genetics), graph-based Arab pangenome reference work, optimized Python analysis, and built lab compute infrastructure (AWS S3 data transfer + Slurm).
Software engineering (during this period): built a CRIS (Angular + NodeJS), deployed an AI-powered LIMS (Angular + Flask) using LangChain + ChatGPT API and vector DBs, and sped up a Java genetic algorithm via multithreading.
Building an AI-native event management platform with agentic workflows; Next.js conversational UI (shadcn/ui + Tailwind), real-time voice (WebRTC + Google Gemini Live streaming APIs), hybrid matching (PGVector + filters), NestJS backend orchestration, deployed on Azure VMs via Docker + Nginx.
Built multiple healthcare apps/platforms (React Native + NestJS + MongoDB; React Native + FastAPI; Flutter + Express + PostgreSQL; Angular + FastAPI + PostgreSQL), created agentic flows for a patient simulator, hosted open-source LLMs (DeepSeek-V3, Llama) on Jetson Orin Nano, and helped set up multiple labs (equipment + hiring).
